    The Museo ALU Frame Stretcher System is lighter in weight than heavy duty wood stretcher bars yet more stable and warp free. They provide a crisp edge, true-to-square system that is truly revolutionary in construction. Crafted from durable aluminium, the Museo stretchers are edged with Norwegian spruce to provide a smooth, clean stretching bead, allowing ample room to back staple or nail your selected canvas or linen (with no edge ghosting). Cross bars can be added at any time without disassembly and a revolutionary 6 inch (15cm) Extender Bar allows for making virtually any stretcher bar size up to 150 inch, which combined with cross bracing, becomes completely dimensionally stable. Available in profile depths of 25mm and 45mm it offers great versatility for both framed and frameless artwork.     This essential piece of hardware for the Museo Aluminium Stretching system is designed to quickly and efficiently apply pressure to the corner joint in the same manner as wooden wedges force the corner joint open. This has the effect of expanding the surface area of your stretcher slightly and tensioning it. It is available loose here or is included in the basic Stretcher Assembly kits.     The Museo Allen Key is specifically designed for the assembly of the Museo Aluminium Stretcher System. An ergonomic handle ensures that the assembly and disassembly of your Museo stretchers is efficient and comfortable. You may purchase it separately or it is included in the Museo Stretcher Assembly Kit with Allen Key.

     

    Our preferred logistics supplier is Australia Post. Occasionally the weight or dimensions of your parcel exceed the restrictions applied by Australia Post. Our preferred logistics provider then is Toll. Depending on the contents of the parcels varying surcharges may apply to the shipping applied to your order. For example Dangerous Goods classified products or products over 1.5 metres in length will incur a minimum surcharge of $60.

    Paper is a fragile product, and our goal is to ensure it arrives to you safely. Extra packing will be used to ship it safely and although we do not charge for this, there may be an increase in logistics charges. We recommend that you consider purchasing a minimum of 5 sheets or pack quantities to both save on purchase price and shipping charges.
