Its pigment is extracted from a naturally occurring mineral, to create a unique colour with both historical Shungite pigment (PBk6) antiquity and sparkling light. It has a low tinting strength, making it a perfect, subtle mixing black. The crystalline structure of this pigment also gives a subtle course quality to the cured paint, making it excellent for drawing back into to create mixed media artwork.

Matisse Structure Formula is a rich impasto paint that artists love. Available in 98 colours, Matisse Structure Formula paint is ideal for application with a brush or palette knife for striking textured effects or combined with the range of Matisse Mediums for exceptional flexibility of application and finish. The intense, vibrant colours of the Structure Formula paints cover the full colour spectrum, including several uniquely Australian colours.
Only the finest quality pigments and ingredients are selected for the Matisse range of premium acrylic colours. All have the highest lightfastness rating of ASTM I or II and are archival quality – so you can create with confidence knowing your artwork will stand the test of time.
Our preferred logistics supplier is Australia Post. Occasionally the weight or dimensions of your parcel exceed the restrictions applied by Australia Post. Our preferred logistics provider then is Toll. Depending on the contents of the parcels varying surcharges may apply to the shipping applied to your order. For example Dangerous Goods classified products or products over 1.5 metres in length will incur a minimum surcharge of $60.
Paper is a fragile product, and our goal is to ensure it arrives to you safely. Extra packing will be used to ship it safely and although we do not charge for this, there may be an increase in logistics charges. We recommend that you consider purchasing a minimum of 5 sheets or pack quantities to both save on purchase price and shipping charges.
