When R&F began in 1988, they continued a tradition of high-quality commercial encaustic paint production dating back to the late 1940s. R&F encaustic paints are milled with the time honoured methods of paint making. R&F use 100% pure pharmaceutical grade (USP) beeswax, which has been filtered without the use of chemicals, Singapore-grade damar resin and a heavy pigment load. Our preferred logistics supplier is Australia Post. Occasionally the weight or dimensions of your parcel exceed the restrictions applied by Australia Post. Our preferred logistics provider then is Toll. Depending on the contents of the parcels varying surcharges may apply to the shipping applied to your order. For example Dangerous Goods classified products or products over 1.5 metres in length will incur a minimum surcharge of $60.
Paper is a fragile product, and our goal is to ensure it arrives to you safely. Extra packing will be used to ship it safely and although we do not charge for this, there may be an increase in logistics charges. We recommend that you consider purchasing a minimum of 5 sheets or pack quantities to both save on purchase price and shipping charges.
