Western Red Cedar is a sustainably harvested timber that is highly respected for it's archival qualities. Stable, light and resistant to moisture and insect damage, Canadian Western Red Cedar remains the museum grade artist stretcher of choice for professional artists' who require maximum stability and lightness. It is particularly recommended for large scale works 2 metres and above with ample bracing.

Profile: 67mm width, 32mm thickness
Bevel: 9 degrees, i.e. 32mm outside thickness, 27mm inside thickness
Join: European mitred mortice and tenon with slots for wedges

Our preferred logistics supplier is Australia Post. Occasionally the weight or dimensions of your parcel exceed the restrictions applied by Australia Post. Our preferred logistics provider then is Toll. Depending on the contents of the parcels varying surcharges may apply to the shipping applied to your order. For example Dangerous Goods classified products or products over 1.5 metres in length will incur a minimum surcharge of $60.

Paper is a fragile product, and our goal is to ensure it arrives to you safely. Extra packing will be used to ship it safely and although we do not charge for this, there may be an increase in logistics charges. We recommend that you consider purchasing a minimum of 5 sheets or pack quantities to both save on purchase price and shipping charges.
